The Great Salt City Blues Concert 7

Middle Ages Brewing, 120 Wilkinson St, Syracuse, NY

The GREAT Salt City BLUES Concert 7 will also be paying tribute to Memphis Soul great, Ann Peebles, who is best known for writing and singing the classic hit song, “I Can’t Stand The Rain” made most popular by Tina Turner in 1984. Ann Peebles retired from touring after suffering a stroke in 2012. Vocalists Marcia Hagan and Donna Colton will be handling the vocals on seven of Ann’s greatest songs at the GREAT Salt City BLUES Concert 7.

Playing for some friends and fans at one of the yacht clubs in the area.

Donna & Sam playing their original music among the garden greenery, summer flowers and foliage. Sammy Hall of Famer, Donna Colton and Sammy Award Winner, Sam Patterelli sing their songs of Broken Folk and Twang Rock. Our hosts Janet Press and John Price were kind enough to invite us back to play on their deck to a listening and sometimes dancing audience. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, picnics and favorite beverages. Suggested Admission - $15
